Refund & Cancellation Policy

Products that are delivered as ordered and in good condition are not returnable or exchangeable. This includes items cut or measured to length (such as wire and pipe) and any item that has been used or installed.

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace it or refund it. To claim:

• Report it within 48 hours of delivery by calling or messaging us.
• Share a photo of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.
• Keep the item in its original condition until the claim is resolved.

• You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched — just contact us with your order number.
• Cash-on-Delivery orders can also be refused at the door if you no longer want them.
• Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, except under the damaged/defective case above.

• For a failed or duplicate online payment, or an accepted damage/defect claim, we refund the amount.
• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days.
• For Cash-on-Delivery orders, any approved refund is paid by bank transfer.
